Refund Policy:

Because of our thorough consultation process, there are no refunds on services for any reason. Upon checkout, we do highly recommend pre-booking your next appointment to ensure a convenient time for you as well as to provide the most excellent maintenance of your desired results.

Concerning purchases, we will gladly exchange an Aveda product that was purchased in our salon within 30 days for another product, though promotional pricing will not be extended.


We value all of our guests, our team and their time.  All salon and spa services over $60 will need a credit card on file to reserve the appointment.  We require 48 hours notice to change or cancel the appointment or you will incur a 50% service charge. Same day cancellations or no shows will be charged 100% of the service. Text message and e-mail appointment reminders are available. If running a little late, please understand that every effort will be made to still deliver the service. However, appointments may have to be rescheduled or incur the full fee for shortened treatments.


All services begin with a thorough consultation—the most important part of the experience. We make every effort to listen and discuss exactly what our guests are expecting. As wishes are discussed, we ask our guests to voice any issues, concerns, allergies or medical conditions—we’re here for you and want you to be 100% satisfied. Our service providers will also offer product recommendations, as well as discuss routine maintenance. Before the service is performed, stylists will discuss the process as well as the products that will be used. We will do our best to give accurate pricing and timing predictions on color changes and corrections. Please understand some service requests will take multiple visits.

Guest Safety:

We love our guests and their children.   Because of our utmost respect for your comfort, as well as the child’s safety please refrain from bringing your children to Z Place unless they are receiving services.

Cell Phones and Electronic Devices:

We kindly request that phones be silenced, set to vibrate or be turned off to ensure that all our guests receive the relaxing experience we strive to provide. If use of your phone is essential please use earphones not the speaker in respect of other guests and to maintain a peaceful environment.

Miscellaneous and Payments:

Your comfort and wellness is important. Locker rooms are available.  Robes, slippers and towels are provided in men’s and woman’s locker rooms.   Please leave all valuable items at home.  Z Place Salon & Spa is not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and cash are all accepted methods of payment. No checks please.
